WOD: 

"Run Oh Run"                                        
For Time:                                          
3000m Run                                      
*Teams of 3. All working at a time. Switch every 200m                                                
* Athlete 1 - Run, Athlete 2 - Kettle Bell Deadlift Hold 32kg/24kg (don't go too light on the weights. AS HEAVY AS POSSIBLE), Athlete 3 - AMrep Burpees (stop once Athlete 1 finishes the run). Then switch stations. 25min time cap.
