WOD: 

1. 8min time cap: 3sets across of 6 HEAVY KB Russian Swings (first 2min is warm-up for your working set).          

2. 8min time cap: 3sets across of 6 Alternating MB Step Ups, use a 20lbs plate. (first 2min is warm-up for your working set) *use a height of box that puts your hip crease below your knee when your foot is flat on the box                        

3. For Time: 15min time cap
