3 mins for Max Reps Ground to OH 45/25
200m MB Carry
2 mins for Max Knees to Elbows
200m MB Carry
1 min for Max Reps of Push Ups

(Score is the total number of reps of all the movements, HONESTY system here. Once the athlete finishes the 200m MB Carry the athlete should immediately proceed to the next movement and keep on reminding them to look at the clock from time to time)
