10-20 Inchworms 5x. 3 push-ups 7 Scap push-ups 10 sec hold 

20-35 balance practice. Wall taps. 

35-45 5x max handstand hold on wall. Rest 1-2 min between sets. 

45-55 3x Zoe's hollow routine. 10 shoulder ups, 10 legs, 10 both, 10 rocks, 10 sec hold
