"Throw it down"                                
Team of 3:                                            
As Many Rounds as Possible for 15min                                                                                
500m Row                                            
25 Med Ball Squats 20/14                      
15 Med Ball Hang Clean 20/14              
*the catch here is all athletes are working (ex. Athlete 1 - Row, Athlete 2 - Squats, Athlete 3 - Cleans). The idea is to finish the reps for each movement before transition. The athletes must wait for their teammates to finish the movement before they switch. After they completed those three movements that counts as 1 Round.
