The Standard Fitness Challenge is a 30-minute workout composed of ten simple bodyweight exercises designed to test a person’s strength, speed, power, and endurance.
Represent The Philippines! This community-based event measures a person’s overall level of fitness, then sees how they compare to their friends’, the city’s, or the world’s scores or “The Standards.”
This event is hosted by Primal Ape CrossFit (www.primalapecf.com/), the Standard Fitness Challenge’s partner-sponsor for the greater Manila area, on February 18 Saturday, occurring on the 10 AM and 2 PM scheduled workouts.
