The Standard Fitness Challenge is a 30-minute workout composed of ten simple bodyweight exercises designed to test a person’s strength, speed, power, and endurance. 

Represent The Philippines! This community-based event measures a person’s overall level of fitness, then sees how they compare to their friends’, the city’s, or the world’s scores or “The Standards.”

This event is hosted by Primal Ape CrossFit (, the Standard Fitness Challenge’s partner-sponsor for the greater Manila area, on February 18 Saturday, occurring on the 10 AM and 2 PM scheduled workouts.
