“The hardworking athlete at CrossFit Endurance”, that’s how Coach Anton described Greenhills TriTeam Eunice Go.

In spite of her busy schedule, Eunice finds time to train and do strength conditioning, demonstrating how determined she is to succeed, and how much she loves the sport.

Eunice started doing triathlon two years ago participating in several competitions including the world renowned Cobra Ironman70.3.

Asked to recall her most memorable, Tri United 3 2014 came to top of mind, crediting it for making her a better person.

“The bike and run course was brutal. My feet were so painful, yet I kept going.  It was humbling to  realize that I had it in me to be that persistent. Since then, I look back at that race whenever I face challenges in my life, telling myself to keep moving forward and all shall be well”.

Eunice got introduced to Primal Ape CrossFit by fellow triathlete-friends and decided to give it a try. She did a trial work out and got hooked since then.

“I love how the work outs are targeted to the parts used in triathlon. After an intense workout, my thighs would be sore for a few days, then I'd run so comfortably, she said.

Last August 6-7, Eunice participated in Cobra Ironman Cebu 70.3 Asia Pacific Championships. And as early as now she is already training for her next big race: Cobra Ironman 2017, with the help of CrossFit Endurance.

“I love how it has helped me learn to carry my body efficiently, which has translated to better run form. I just love the intensity of it and having a trained coach to check my limits to avoid injury” she added.
