Primal Ape once again served as mecca for CrossFit athletes in the Metro for the Speed Ladder Challenge just recently. Participants were in for a fun and challenge-filled day as they took part in several rounds of snatch and clean & jerk, in the quest for ascending the ladder of fitness.

More than 30 athletes from different CrossFit boxes competed in the scaled and Rx division of the event including 'Iron Mike' himself, Mike Mogard who later won the Snatch Rx division.

Primal Ape's recently concluded Speed Ladder Challenge was indeed a unique test of fitness for the CrossFit community in the Philippines . But more than a day of sweating and snatching, it's an awesome time when all CrossFit enthusiasts come together to share the one thing they're all passionate about.
